In today’s world more and more people are becoming aware of the impact we have on our environment. When you are building or remodeling a home there is an extensive array of green products you can use to reduce your impact. We carry various lines of green products ranging from water saving faucets to cabinetry and countertops made from efficient and renewable resources.
Not only do we offer green products for your home but we do our part too. We recycle. In the remodeling process we remove and dispose of old materials, such as wires, appliances, cabinetry, countertops, etc. and we consciously send them to the appropriate recycling centers.

- Lighting
- LED lighting is an energy efficient way of lighting your home. It uses less than a quarter of the energy that a fluorescent light bulb uses. With these being efficient lights they can be used underneath countertops, as lighting for the whole room and some products can be waterproof.
- ENERGY STAR - By selecting energy saving lighting, light bulbs, and particularly, ENERGY STAR® qualified lighting, you will be working toward reducing your energy bills and significantly reducing greenhouse gases into our air.
Each of us has a responsibility to protect our environment. We have the power, too. Just by purchasing something as simple as an ENERGY STAR® qualified light fixture by Sea Gull Lighting, businesses, organizations and consumers can play an important role in reducing greenhouse gas emissions and protecting our environment for future generations.
ENERGY STAR® qualified light bulbs and lighting fixtures generally use pin-based light bulbs, which do not screw into the socket, are brighter and have the added benefit of longer lamp life. The pin-based light bulbs that come with ENERGY STAR® qualified fixtures are made and tested to last for 10,000 hours, as compared to 6,000 hours for screw-in light bulbs.
