Typical Design Process for remodeling:

1. Meet with a DreamMaker Designer at our Beautiful Showroom. Our designer will listen to all of your wants and needs for your new Bath and/or Kitchen so they can incorporate your wishes and desires into your new space. We will explain the DreamMaker process and help you develop a budget for your project.

2. Designer will come and do a Home Survey. After a design retainer is given, they will take measurements and pictures. They will review your desires and look at any structural, plumbing or electrical issues that will affect the design and project cost.

3. Presentation. You will meet with the designer again at the showroom and go over the designs and general estimate.

4. Additional ideas and designs will be explored in order to fine tune your project, creating detailed specifications and a contract.

5. After the contract is signed orders are placed and a start date is scheduled. The designer will arrange a Pre-Start Conference approximately one week prior to start-up to go over the schedule and process of the construction and installation.

6. And the fun begins!!! Your designer will be the main contact throughout the entire installation process. If you have any questions or concerns, please call your designer. They will do their best to ensure a quality installation and a fabulous finished space.
